【摘要】 目的:研究拆包装药品在不同存储条件下外观和片重的变化,选出合适的备药品种,为科学备药提供依据。方法:选取住院药房10种以往不拆包装备药的口服药,各以带盖药杯(药杯组)和LOCK盒(LOCK盒组)为存储方式,观察药片从原包装剥出后0、2、4、8、24 h 5个存储时间点的外观,测定片重差异。结果:受试药片外观药杯组有5种药品在不同时间发生不同程度的变化,而LOCK盒组均未出现明显变化。方差分析结果显示,有3种药品(孟鲁司特钠片、替米沙坦片、阿卡波糖片)两个存储方式之间片重存在显著差异(P﹤0.001),其余7种药品(瑞格列奈片、卡左双多巴控释片、甲磺酸溴隐停片、缬沙坦氨氯噻嗪片、拉西地平片、丙戊酸钠缓释片、复方α酮酸薄膜衣片)片重则显示无明显差异(P>0.05);每种药品在不同测定时间的片重均具有显著差异(P﹤0.001);两种存储方式下不同的测定时间片重变化的趋势不同(P﹤0.001),卡左双多巴控释片则相同(P>0.05);药杯组除卡左双多巴控释片外(P>0.05),其他9种药品在不同测定时间各自的片重均有显著差异(P﹤0.05),其中以阿卡波糖片差异最大,增重率达10.8%;复方α酮酸薄膜衣片差异最小,增重率1.7%。LOCK盒组中6种药品(瑞格列奈片、卡左双多巴控释片、缬沙坦氨氯噻嗪片、拉西地平片、丙戊酸钠缓释片、复方α酮酸薄膜衣片)不同存储时间各自的片重均无显著差异(P>0.05);其他4种药品孟鲁司特钠、甲磺酸溴隐停片、替米沙坦片、阿卡波糖片有显著差异(P﹤0.05);除卡左双多巴控释片外,药杯组其他9种受试药品的增重率都要大于LOCK盒组。结论受试药品中卡左双多巴控释片、缬沙坦氨氯噻嗪片、拉西地平片、复方α酮酸薄膜衣片4种药品以LOCK盒为存储方式、24 h内药品外观和片重是稳定的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of appearance and weight of the subject drugs and select the appropriate alternate kinds of drugs to provide a basis for the scientific storage of drugs.Methods:Ten kinds of oral medicines,which are rarely stored in the hospital pharmacy were selected and each one was stored in the cup with a cover(cup group) and in the LOCK box(LOCK group) to observe their weights afterthe package dismantled from 0、2、4、8、and 24 h.Results:Appearance of 5 kinds of drug in cup group got worse differently,but all in LOCK group had not change obviously.The results of the analysis of variance showed between the two kinds of storage conditions there was a significant difference in the weight change of 3 drugs( Montelukast Sodium Tablet,Telmisartan Tablet,Acarbose Tablet)(P ﹤ 0.001),and no significant difference in the weight change of the other 7 drugs(Repaglinide Tablet,Carbidopa and Levodopa CR Tablets,Bromocriptine Mesilate tablet,Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,Lacidipine Tablets,Sodium Valproate Sustained‐release Tablets,Compound α ‐Ketoacid Tablets)(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference from the weight change of each drug in its different storage times(P ﹤ 0.001).There was a trending difference in the weight change of each drug in the two kinds of storage conditions(P ﹤ 0.001) except Carbidopa and Levodopa CR Tablets(P > 0.05).In cup group,there was a significant difference from the weight change of 9 drugs in the different storage times(P ﹤ 0.001) except Carbidopa and Levodopa CR Tablets(p > 0.05),among of which the weight of Acarbose Tablets showed the biggest difference and its weigh gain rate was 10.8%.The weight of Compound α‐Ketoacid Tablets showed the smallest difference and its weigh gain rate was1.7%.In LOCK group,there was no significant difference from the weight change of 6 drugs in the different storage times(Repaglinide Tablets,Carbidopa and Levodopa CR Tablets,Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,Lacidipine Tablets,Sodium Valproate Sustained‐release Tablets,Compoundα ‐Ketoacid Tablets)(P > 0.05).There was significant difference from the weight change of the rest 4 drugs in the different storage times(Montelukast Sodium Tablets,Bromocriptine Mesilate Tablets,Telmisartan Tablets,Acarbose Tablets(P ﹤ 0.05).Except Carbidopa and Levodopa CR Tablets,the weight gain rate in cup group was bigger than that in LOCK group.Conclusion:The appearance and weight of 4 kinds of drugs of Carbidopa and Levodopa CR Tablets,Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,Lacidipine Tablets and Compound α ‐Ketoacid Tablets stored in the LOCK box within 24 h in the dismantled packaging form were suitable.更多还原
