【摘要】 目的:系统评价儿童卡氏肺囊虫病循证指南的质量,比较药物治疗方案异同,为临床应用提供参考。方法:计算机检索中英文数据库及学会和指南制定机构网站,使用AGREEⅡ工具评价纳入儿童卡氏肺囊虫病药物治疗循证指南,对比分析指南推荐意见、证据级别、推荐强度的异同。结果:共纳入3篇循证指南,其中美国2篇,国际学术组织1篇,发表(更新)时间2009-2013年。AGREEⅡ评价结果显示纳入指南评级均为B级。各指南证据分级推荐系统不一致,药物治疗推荐意见存在差异。结论:纳入指南整体质量不高,证据分级和推荐强度标准尚需统一,目标人群和推荐意见存在一定差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To systematically review the pneumocystosis guidelines of children including drug treatment,so as to facilitate the standard clinical treatment of the pneumocystosis of children.Methods:We systematically retrieved the databases or guideline development websites including PubMed,WanFang Data,CNKI,NGC,GIN,TRIP,NICE,SIGN,NZGG,CDC,AAP and WHO to find the pneumocystosis guidelines of children including drug treatment.The basic information of included guidelines were descriptively analyzed and the guidelines were evaluated by AGREE II.A comparative study was performed regarding the recommendations about drug treatment of of the pneumocystosis of children,the grading of evidence and the strength of recommendation.Results:A total of 3 guidelines concerning the pneumocystosis of children were included.Publication dates ranged from 2009 to 2013.Among 3 guidelines,2 guidelines were made by the USA,1 by international society organizations,but no by China.The quality of 3 guidelines evaluated by AGREE II was not high with level B.The grading of evidence and grading of recommendations were different.The recommendations of drug treatment of different guidelines were not the same.Conclusion:The quality of 3 guidelines was not high,the grading of evidence and the strength of recommendation still need to be unified.The target population and the recommendations in the guidelines were different.更多还原
