麻疯树种质资源若干植物学数量性状评价指标探讨

【摘要】 为建立数量化、规范化的麻疯树种质资源描述系统,以便更好地为麻疯树种质资源的研究工作服务,2011-2012年在云南省农业科学院热区生态农业研究所热带能源作物种质资源圃内对60份麻疯树品种(种质)资源的叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、花序长、雌花数、雄花数、雌雄花比例、果横径、果纵径、果形指数等10项植物学数量性状指标进行了测定,使用SAS软件进行数据统计分析并绘制各数量性状频率分布直方图。结果表明,雌雄花比例变异系数最大(32.07%),果形指数变异系数最小(4.18%);叶长、叶宽、花序长、雄花数、果纵径和果形指数为正态分布,其他4项性状数据为偏正态分布,雌雄花比例的偏态度最大(2.29),果横径的偏态度最小(-0.48);性状分极标准均按1~5级划分,1级为最低级,5级为最高级,3级为中级,其中花序长、果形指数的4级是频率分布最高的范围,其余8个性状的3级(中级)是频率分布最高的范围;每个性状各等级有1~2个参照品种,一般选择育种者公认或广泛栽培的品种。该项研究为麻疯树种质资源描述系统数量化、规范化的建立奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Ten botanical quantitative characteristics(including length of leaf,width of leaf,petiole length,inflorescence length,number of female flowers,number of male flowers,female and male ratio,fruit horizontal diameter,fruit vertical diameter,Fruit ratio) of 60 accessions of Jatropha curcas L.germplasm conserved at the tropical energy crops genetic resources collection of Tropical Eco-agriculture Institute,Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,in Yunnan Yuanmou were measured from 2011-2012,were analyzed by using SAS and the characters of frequency distribution histogram was drawn.The results showed:The coefficient variation of female and male ratio was largest,with 32.07%;and that of fruit ratio was smallest,with 4.18%.length of leaf,width of leaf,inflorescence length,number of male flowers,fruit vertical diameter and fruit ratio data was normal distribution,while the other four quantitative characteristics data was skewed normal distribution.The maximum skewness was found in emale and male ratio(2.29) and the minimum was found in fruit horizontal diameter(-0.48).These grade indexes were recorded on 1 to 5 scales.Grade 3 was the intermediate level.Inflorescence length and fruit ratio data of 4 grade was the highest frequency distribution range,while the other eight quantitative characteristics data of 3 grade(intermediate) was the highest frequency distribution range;In general,one or two reference cultivars for each grade were given,which are planted or used by breeders widely.The research will establish bases for the quantization and standardization of description system in Jatropha curcas L.gennplasm.
