【摘要】 以石油醚、乙醚、乙醇、70%乙醇和水为溶剂,提取汉麻秆芯粉的有效抗菌成分,采用红外、紫外等手段鉴定提取物的成分;用抑菌圈法测试汉麻秆芯粉提取物的抗菌性;将汉麻秆芯粉提取物整理到棉、粘胶、涤纶、竹粘和莫代尔织物上,用振荡法测定整理后织物对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌性。实验结果表明:用石油醚/乙醚、乙醇、70%乙醇提取汉麻秆芯粉可得到有效抗菌成分,有效抗菌成分中含黄酮、皂苷、生物碱;汉麻秆芯粉提取物对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌具有天然抗菌性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Active antibacterial ingredients of hemp stalk powders were extracted with petroleum ether,ethyl ether,ethanol,70%ethanol and water as solvent.The constituents in the extracts from the hemp stem powder were characterized with IR and UV- vis.The antimicrobial properties of hemp stalk powders extracts was tested using inhibition zone method.The cotton,viscose,polyester and bamboo viscose fabrics were treated by the extracts from the hemp stem powder.The antimicrobial properties of fabrics against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Candida albicans antimicrobial were tested with the oscillation method.It indicates that extracted hemp stalk powder abtaind effective antibacterial ingredients with ether,ethanol,70%ethanol,hemp stalk powders extracts might to be natural antibacterial agents;effective antimicrobial compositions of hemp stalk powders extracts containing flavonoids,saponins,alkaloids.更多还原
