PAA修饰银纳米粒子的制备及其抗菌性能

【摘要】 微生物对人类健康的威胁和安全已成为一个严重的公共问题[1],以银系为代表的金属纳米抗菌材料的应用越来越受到重视[2]。本文用液相化学还原法成功制备Ag/PAA纳米颗粒。其结构、形态和成分被表征,如XRD、TEM、FTIR、UV-vis和TGA分析。结果表明,Ag/PAA是类球型,平均直径10 nm,反应条件对产品形态和大小分布有影响。Ag/PAA抗菌活动对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌评估方法的肉汤稀释,牛津杯法,光密度(OD 600)和电子显微镜观察。Ag/PAA NPs表现出良好的抗菌活性。抗菌机制可能归因于破坏细菌细胞膜和细胞质的泄漏。
【Abstract】 Microbial threats on human health and safety have become a serious public concern recently,the application of nano-metal antimicrobial materials such as silver nanomaterials has received more and more attentions.Ag/PAANPs have been successfully synthesized.The structure,morphology and composition of Ag/PAA NPs were characterized by various techniques such as XRD,TEM,FTIR,UV-vis and TGA.The results show that PAA/Ag NPs have a quasi-ball shape with an average diameter of 10 nm and the reaction conditions have some effect on products morphology and size distribution.Ag/PAA NPs antimicrobial activities against E.coli,P.aeruginosa and S.aureus were exhibit excellent antibacterial activity.The antimicrobial mechanism may be attributed to the damaging of bacterial cell membrane and causing leakage of cytoplasm.
