抗菌丙纶的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 将超细无机抗菌粒子制成抗菌母粒,加入到聚丙烯中进行熔融共混、切片然后纺丝,制得具有抗菌性能的丙纶。扫描电镜观察经表面处理的抗菌粒子在丙纶中分散较好,大小均匀,且与PP基体具有良好的相容性;DSC测试表明抗菌粒子对PP基体有异相成核诱导结晶作用,使PP结晶度提高,熔融温度上升;抗菌粒子的加入会降低丙纶力学性能,但通过对抗菌粒子进行表面处理和改变纤维后牵伸比可以减小抗菌丙纶性能下降幅度,使之与普通丙纶相当;通过对抗菌丙纶抗菌性能的检测,该抗菌丙纶对革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌都具有较强的抗菌性,抗菌率都超过99.9%,水洗使抗菌丙纶的抗菌性能下降不大,具有长效抗菌性能。

【Abstract】 Antibacterial masterbatches were repared by melt blending polypropylene with surface-modified inorganic ultrafine particles containing silver,which were added into PP degradated by chemical degradation agent to prepare antibacterial PP fiber chips and melt spinned antibacterial PP fiber.The inorganic antibacterial ultrafine particles well dispersed in PP fiber and good compatibility were observed by SEM.The results of DSC showed that fiber’s crystalline degree and melting temperature(T_m) increased.As heterogeneous nucleating agent,inorganic particles induced the formation of crystalline.Surface treatment of inorganic antibacterial particles and optimal drawing ratio can decrease the effect of inorganic particles on fiber’s mechanical properties which close to pure PP fiber.The antibacterial PP fiber has excellent antibacterial capability with 1 wt%content of antibacterial ultrafine particles to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and antibacterial rates were all above 99.9%.
