高压静电分选废旧光伏电池回收效率实验研究

【摘要】 为了提高静电分选回收效率,寻求能产生最佳效率的因素。采用自制的双辊式高压静电分选装置,利用称重法研究废旧光伏电池的回收效率。首先固定转速和电晕线与转辊异极间距,确定回收率最高的电压;然后在最佳电压、固定转速下,确定最好回收效率的异极间距;最后在最佳高压、异极间距下,确定回收效率最高的转辊速度。结果表明:在转速33转/分、异极间距为50mm下,金属的最高回收效率为16.05%,非金属为15.29%,确定最佳电压为20k V;在高压20k V、转速33转/分下,金属最好回收效率为15.44%,非金属为16.56%,确定最佳异极间距为60mm;在高压20k V、异极间距60mm下,金属的最高回收率为17.40%,非金属为18.29%,确定最佳转速为60转/分。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the recovery efficiency of electrostatic separation,seeking to optimum efficiency factor is necessary.The separation experiment is done using self-made double roll-type corona-electrostatic separator.The experiment is studied by the weight method.Firstly,fixing the roller speed and the distance between corona wire and roller is to determine the voltage which can make the highest recovery rate.secondly,the optimum voltage and fixed roller speed determine heteropolar distance which can make the highest recovery efficiency.Finally,the best voltage and heteropolar distance determine the roller speed of the highest recovery rate.The results showed that,at the speed of 33r/m and the Heteropolar distance of 50 mm,the maximum recovery rate of metal is 16.05%,nonmetal is 15.29%,the best voltage determined by recovery rate is 20 k V.At the best of high voltage 20 k V and speed 33r/m,the best recovery efficiency of metal is 15.44%,nonmetal is 16.56%,the optimum heteropolar distance determined by recovery rate is 60 mm.At the voltage 20 k V and the best heteropolar distance 60 mm,the best separation recovery rate of metal is 17.40%,nonmetal is 18.29%,the optimum roller rate speed determined by recovery rate is 60r/m.
