基于大气压强电场放电技术的羟基杀灭米氏凯伦藻的研究

【摘要】 基于大气压强电场放电技术,利用大气压强电场放电产生羟基装置,制取·OH溶液来杀灭赤潮藻类米氏凯伦藻。利用大气压强电场放电产生羟基装置,结合赤潮杀灭实验系统,模拟海洋环境,治理由米氏凯伦藻所引发的赤潮,并检测羟基溶液处理后米氏凯伦藻的死亡量,以及实验前后水体中叶绿素和水质的变化情况。当水中TRO浓度达到2.30 ppm时,可将浓度为1.0×104cells/m L的米氏凯伦藻全部致死,藻细胞中的叶绿素全部分解,处理后海水的浊度、BOD、COD降低,溶解氧升高。·OH对米氏凯伦藻具有很强杀灭效果,对治理米氏凯伦藻所引起赤潮有一定效果。

【Abstract】 This paper is based on atmospheric pressure field discharge technology and aimed at killing marine red tide algae, Karenia mikimotoi using · OH solution produced from atmospheric pressure strong electric-field discharge. In order to treat the red tides caused by Karenia mikimotoi,we carried out the experiment using· OH solution device produced from atmospheric pressure strong electric-field discharge,combining with the red tide algae killing system, simulating the ocean environment.We also studied the killing efficiency of Karenia mikimotoi and the changes of chlorophyll and water quality in water before and after the experiment.When the concentration of TRO reached 2.30 ppm,the killing efficiency of Karenia mikimotoi with the concentration 1.0×104cells/m L can be 100%.At the same time,the chlorophyll of algae cell can be decomposed entirely,the turbidity of treated water decreased as well as the BOD and COD,the DO concentration in water increased.·OH has a strong killing effect on Karenia mikimotoi.It can treat the red tides caused by Karenia mikimotoi efficiently.
