【摘要】 云南是一个山地多、坝区(平地)少的山区省份,由于坝区自然条件的优越性,多数城镇分布于坝区范围内,然而当前坝区土地已无法满足社会经济和城镇化快速发展的需求,城镇向宜建山地发展是未来云南城镇发展的必然选择,也是发展山区经济的必由之路。为此,建立一个山坝统筹的城镇发展模式是未来云南省城镇发展的主要方向。在合理布局云南省山地区域城镇发展格局的过程中,山地城镇发展模式的研究和探讨至关重要。因此,积极探索山区城镇发展规律,开拓城镇发展空间,引导城镇和工业向缓坡丘陵发展,形成"多中心、组团式、网络化"的新型山地城镇化发展模式势在必行。本文从山地城镇环境地貌、空间布局和综合发展潜力3个方面出发,分析了云南省山坝统筹的城镇发展模式,主要有:平坝集中(多中心组团)的田园型城镇、坡地组团的山地型城镇、河谷带状的田园型城镇和滨湖集中的山水型城镇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan is a mountainous province, most of whose territory is hilly and only a small portion is flat where most of the Province’s cities and towns lie. However, this small portion of flatland cannot match the rapid urban development and social and economic growth currently, so that the Province has to turn to its suitable mountainous territory for urban development in the coming future, which is inevitable and the only way for the Province to achieve sustainable economic growth. To this end, the urban development in the future will not only be done in flatland areas, but more in mountainous areas. Carrying out a study on urban development modes in mountainous areas is very vital to having a reasonable urban development landscape in mountainous areas throughout Yunnan. It is therefore imperative to explore the laws to govern urban development in a mountainous area, to expand the space for urban development to turn to gentle—slope hills for both urban and industrial development, and to form a multi—centered, clustered, and networked urban development landscape. This paper, starting from the 3 major aspects of any given mountainous area, such as its environment and terrain, spatial layout and potential for integrated development, carried out an analysis of urban development modes based on the co—ordination of mountains and flatlands in Yunnan, including the building of pastoral towns, clustered and multi—centered, in flatland areas, of clustered towns on slopes, of pastoral towns in a belt of valley, and of lakeside towns along the shores of a lake.更多还原
