承船箱出入水过程水动力学特性数值模拟

【摘要】 采用VOF模型和κ-ε双方程湍流模型,结合动网格技术和多孔介质消波技术,对承船厢出入水过程的水动力学特性进行了三维数值模拟研究。发现承船厢在入水过程中,入水初期产生的首浪高度最大,此后逐渐衰减,而在出水过程中,承船厢即将浮出水面的瞬间产生的浪高最大,此后逐渐衰减。对应地,波浪对承船厢的最大倾覆力矩发生在入水初期和即将出水瞬间。计算结果还表明,该倾覆力矩随出入水速度的增大而增大。

【Abstract】 By adopting VOF model and κ-ε two-equation turbulence model,combined with dynamic mesh and porous media wave absorption technology,a three-dimensional numerical simulation was performed to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of Navigation chamber in going in and out of the water process.It was found that the highest wave was produced at the beginning period of going into the water process,while at the moment just before going out of the water completely.Correspondingly,the greatest overturning moment on the navigation chamber occurs at the same time.The results also show that the overturning moment raised with the increase of velocity into the water.The research is valuable for the operation of floating shiplift.
