基于试验设计的车身非光滑表面气动减阻研究

【摘要】 汽车消费快速增长导致的能源消耗问题,以及由燃油消耗引起的有毒气体,微粒及温室效应气体排放等不可忽略的环境问题都亟待解决。本文对非光滑表面在车身上的应用进行了探究,通过正交试验获得了非光滑单元体各因素对减阻率的影响趋势,详细阐述了不同形态单元体引起阻力变化的机理,实现了提高汽车燃油经济性,改善环境的目标,同时为突破目前的减阻瓶颈状态提供技术指导。
【Abstract】 The problem of energy consumption caused by the rapid growth of automobiles,and other environmental problems of toxic gas,particles,and greenhouse gas emissions that can’t be ignored should be solved.This paper discusses the method of reducing the aerodynamic drag by non-smooth surfaces which can be applied on automobile body.This paper obtains the influence trends of all factors of non-smooth elements acting on drag reduction rate by orthogonal tests,and states the mechanism of elements with different forms that lead to the changes of drag in detail.In this paper the purpose of improving fuel economy and the environment is achieved,and technical guidance for breaking through the current state of drag reduction bottleneck is provided.
