【摘要】 本文介绍了如何将电路CAD的科研成果用于"模拟集成电路应用"课的教学中。主要解决了这两方面的问题:(1)集成电络彦模型的建立。其中包括:理想运放模型,运放线性宏模型,远放的非线性宏模型,全MOS运放宏模型,以及集成比较器和模拟乘法器的宏模型。(2)编属了相应的通用分析程序,其中包括IOAP程序(适用于理想运放线性网络的分析);ROAN程序(适用于理想和非理想运放的线性网络的分析),同时开发使用SPICE程序,并在该程序中建立了一个集成电路宏模型库,可用来分析包含各种模拟集成电路的线性与非线性网络。从而为集成电路应用系统的机辅分析与设计进入教学领域提供了条件和方便。将计算机应用引入教学过程,促进教学手段现代化,教学内容的定量分析更为有效,同时也提高了学生的学习兴趣和使用计算机的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes how the achievements of circuit CAD to be used in the course of intergrated circuit applications.It solves two probems.First,we establishe the macromodels of the intergrated circuits.They include the macromodel of ideal Op Amp;linear macromodel of Op Amp;nonlinear macromodel of Op Amp;macromodel of all-MOS Op Amp;macromodel of integrated—circuit comparator and macromodel of analog multiplier.Secondly,two program IOAP-PROGRAM and ROAN-PROGRAM using the developed macromodels are writhen.Meanwhile the function of the circuit simulation program SPICE is expanded and the IC macromodel library is built for the program.Therefore we can analyse all kinde of linear and nonlinear networks with anolog IC.By the use of computer in the instruction,we can modernize the instructional methed and make more guantitative analysis.At the sametime,students become more interested in the course,and their ability to operate the computer is improved.更多还原
