【摘要】 现代渔业发展是现代农业的重要组成部分。水产科普担负着提高农民科学素质、普及水产科学知识、解答社会热点问题、助力渔业健康发展的重担。近年来水产科普工作取得长足的进步,形成了水产科技与渔业发展和社会需求之间良性互动关系。但水产科普的理论研究不够,顶层设计与规划尚缺,形成合力不足,影响了水产科普工作全面发展。本文从水产科普的社会性入手,结合水产科普工作的实践,探讨面向社会水产科普的理论与实践的关系,倡导水产科技人员要勇于担起面向社会水产科普的重任,提出了如何做好水产科普的规划与顶层设计、水产科普人才队伍建设和人才培养、水产科普资源的开发和水产科普场馆等科普基础设施建设和水产科普内容和方式的创新等工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern fisheries development is an important part of modern agriculture.Fisheries science popularization shoulders the burden of improving farmers’ scientific literacy,popularizing fisheries scientific knowledge,answering hot social issues and helping fishery industry to develop healthily.Fisheries science popularization work has made great progress in recent years,forming a interaction between fisheries science and development and social needs.But the theoretical research of fisheries science popularization is not enough,top-level design and planning is still lacking and formation join forces is insufficient,which affects the overall development of fisheries science popularization work.This paper starts with the sociality of fisheries science popularization and combines with the practice of science popularization work to explore the relationships between the theory and the practice oriented social fisheries science,to advocate scientific and technical personnel to be bold in undertaking the heavy duty oriented social fisheries science,and to put forward how to do well in planning and top-level design,talent team construction and personnel training,resource development,science infrastructure construction(such as fisheries science venues and so on) and innovation of the content and approaches of fisheries science popularization.更多还原
