转筒自励式电磁与摩擦制动集成系统设计与试验研究

【摘要】 本文分别从转筒式电磁制动器和永磁直流发电机两个方面对转筒自励式电磁与摩擦制动集成系统进行了设计,并在电磁与摩擦制动集成试验台架上对样机进行了制动特性试验,同时进行了发电机性能试验。试验结果表明,采用转筒自励式电磁与摩擦制动集成系统后,车辆制动时间明显缩短,其工作过程中的发电效率可达540W,提高了制动安全性,实现了制动能量再利用,减少了能源消耗。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the rotaiy and self-excited type integrated system of electromagnetic and friction brake is designed in aspects of the rotaiy electromagnetic brake and the pennanent magnet DC generator respectively.Brake property test is earned out to the prototype on the integrated test bench of electromagnetic and friction brake,what’s more,the generator performance test is also earned out.The results show that braking time is reduced obviously when adapting the integrated brake system and braking safety is improved.In addition,the generated power of the integrated system reaches 540 W,which can recycle braking energy and reduce energy consuming.
