基于单片机控制的谐振进气系统设计

【摘要】 发动机的进气过程是一个复杂的脉动和谐振过程。利用谐振进气系统来提高发动机的充量系数,从而达到改善其性能的目的,是一种简单面有效的方法。本文以MC9S12XDP512单片机为核心设计了电路板来处理发动机状态参数信号、控制步进电动机以及和监控界面进行通信。基于LABVIEW软件,设计了双燃料发动机监控系统,实现了柴油机转速显示、爆燃信号显示、步进电动机控制等功能。根据谐振理论,设计了一套谐振腔进气系统,在发动机试验台上研究了谐振腔体积对发动机动力性能的影响。试验表明,谐振进气系统能够增加进气量,为CNG单一燃料发动机功率提升做了技术储备。

【Abstract】 The engine intake process is a complex process of pulse and resonance.Taking advantage of resonance intake system to improve the engine’s volumetric efficiency is a simple and effective method to make the engine’s performance much better.In this paper,a circuit board has been designed to handle engine state parameter signals,control stepping motor and communieate with monitoring interface by using a MC9S12XDP512 single-chip microcomputer.In addition the dual fuel engine control system has also been designed based on the LABVIEW software to display the dicsel engine speed,knock signal and control the stepping motor and so on.A resonant air intake system according to the resonance theory has been designed and the influence of the resonator to the engine dynamic property has been studied too.From the test the resonant air intake system can increase air intake flow which does technical reserves for CNG single fuel engine power’s increase.
