车载控制器信号与电源完整性分析设计
Analysis and Design for Vehicle Controller Signal and Power Integrity

【摘要】 根据车载控制器辐射发射和传导发射诊断过程中总结的问题及经验,提出了在恶劣复杂的车载环境下使用的电路板设计规则,重点介绍了为信号线提供低通滤波和为电源系统添加去耦电容的方法,并通过CAN信号滤波仿真和电源线传导发射实验论证了其在保证信号完整性和电源完整性方面的有效性。
【Abstract】 Based on the radiation emission and conducted emission in Vehicle Controller,summarized the PCB design rules used in complex automotive environment,introduced the methods that providing low-pass filtering for signal line and adding decoupling capacitors for power systems.Through the Simulation of CAN signal filtering and the power line conducted emissions testing to demonstrate the effectiveness in signal integrity and power integrity.
