【摘要】 论述了汽车节能减排和减少汽车报废污染的方法,系统阐述了汽车资源化和轻量化的概念、实现方法、合理流程以及两者的关系。指出了"如何制造一辆既环保易回收又轻量节能减排的汽车"的重要性和实施方法;"汽车的绿色制造"、"汽车轻量化制造"和"报废汽车资源化处理"三者相结合构成了汽车大部分生命周期的节能减排方案,汽车设计过程中必须充分考虑,是设计和制造"一辆既环保易回收又轻量节能减排的汽车"的关键。轻量化汽车的全寿命周期评估是评价轻量化汽车制造、使用、报废等全过程的能耗和环境污染的有效手段,能够使汽车轻量化和资源化有效结合。

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the methodology of energy saving and emission reduction for vehicles and pollution reduction for end of life vehicles,the conception,realization methods,and reasonable flow of resource and lightweight of automotive were expatiated.The question " How to Make a Car Easer to Recycle and Lighter" was solved and emphasized here.The three methods that green manufacturing,lightweight manufacturing,and resource disposal of end of life vehicles constitute the scheme of energy saving and emission reduction during most life cycle for a vehicle,and these must be considered during the design and manufacture of vehicles.The Life Cycle Analysis(LCA) of lightweight vehicles is effective methodology for evaluating the energy consumption and environment pollution during manufacture,which can combines the lightweight and resource of vehicles.
