【摘要】 在对比分析A、B两台样机噪声水平的基础上,着重分析了影响样机A噪声频谱特性的主要因素,以研究其主要噪声源和有效降噪措施。试验结果表明,影响样机A噪声水平的主要因素是与着火频率相关的发动机基频振动和进排气侧表面的辐射噪声;而混合气浓度以及点火时刘虽对中高频范围的燃烧噪声有所影响,怛对基频成分无影响。转速越高、负荷越大,基频峰值越高,而中高频成分的噪声水平相对基频峰值相比普遍较低,对整机噪声水平影响很小。因此,降低样机A振动噪声的主要措施是改善发动机的基频振动,降低进排气侧的辐射噪声。

【Abstract】 The presented paper emphatically analyzed the main factors that affect the noise spectrum of engine A based on foregoing comparative analysis of noise level of engine A and B,and moreover investigate the main noise source and the measure to reduce engine noise.The results show that the main factors for noise level of engine A are ignition frequency correlative engine fundamental vibration and the radiated noise from the surface of the inlet and exhaust side of the engine.The mixture equivalence ratio and ignition timing were affecting the medium and high frequency combustion noise but not affecting the fundamental frequency.The high the engine speed and the heavy the load the higher the peak value of fundamental frequency.The medium and high frequency noise level is low relative to the peak vaLue of fundamental frequency,so that it faintly affects the holistic engine noise level.Based on aforementioned,the measures to reduce the holistic noise level of engine A are improve the fundamental vibration and reduce the radiated noise from the surface of the inlet and exhaust side.
