基于Cruise的履带车辆动力性仿真方法研究

【摘要】 近年来,Cruise以其在车辆动力传动系统及整车仿真方面的优势,得到了广泛的应用,然而由于软件中没有履带车辆行驶装置模块,很少应用在履带车辆的仿真中。本文以某履带车辆为研究对象,建立了仿真模型,给出用Cruise进行履带车辆动力性建模及仿真的方法和步骤,并讨论了软件对最大爬坡度计算的机理。仿真结果表明采用Cruise可以进行履带车辆的动力性能仿真,按照仿真目的、正确设置软件参数是获得正确的仿真结果的前提。
【Abstract】 In recent years,due to the advantage on the simulation of vehicle powertrain and vehicle,cruise is used widely.Though,because there isn’t the module of track in cruise,cruise is rarely used in the simulation of tracked vehicles.This article studies on a tracked vehicle,and sets up simulation model.This article also gives the method and procedures of modeling and simulation about maximum gradeability of tracked vehicles,and discusses the mechanism of calculating the power performance of target in cruise.The result of the simulation shows that tracked vehicles can be simulated in cruise,according to the objective of simulation and setting software parameters correctly are the precondition of obtaining the correct results of simulation.
