柴油/生物柴油混合燃料的性质及其对发动机性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同掺混比例的柴油/生物柴油的理化特性,并结合发动机台架试验考察了不同混合比例的混合燃料对发动机燃烧过程和发动机性能的影响。理化特性试验结果表明,混合燃料的密度、粘度、闪点、含氧量高于纯柴油,且随着生物柴油掺混比例的增加而增加;混合燃料的十六烷值、弹热值低于纯柴油且随添加比例的增加而下降。发动机试验结果表明,随着生物柴油掺混比例的增加缸内最大爆发压力与压力升高率下降,滞燃期与燃烧持续期增加;与燃用纯柴油相比,发动机燃用生物柴油时动力性有所下降,并且随着混合燃料中生物柴油添加比例的增加,下降程度逐渐增大;与纯柴油相比燃油经济性稍高但掺混比例对经济性的影响很小;然后用生物柴油的HC、CO、碳烟排放得到改善,NO_x排放增加。
【Abstract】 This paper investigated the properties of blends of bio-diesel and diesel fuel,and the effects on combustion process and engine performances were investigated by experimental study.The physical and chemical properties research results show that the density,viscidity,flash point,oxygen contained of blends fuel were higher than pure diesel fuel,and the cetane value,calorific value were lower.The engine test results show the peak pressure and pressure rising ratio are disceased with the content of bio-diesel increase,but the ignition delay and combustion duration are increased.Compared with diesel fuel,the engine power performances descended and the fuel economy efficiency is litter high.With bio-diesel the HC,CO,and soot emissions are improved,but the NO_x emissions increased.
