基于曲轴位置传感器信号的曲轴角加速度分析

【摘要】 分析计算曲轴位置传感器信号的零点,研究识别正时齿轮的缺齿位置的方法,对缺齿处的零点进行补充。利用零点计算发动机曲轴的角速度和角加速度,与由飞轮数据计算的相应数据进行比较,两者之间误差很小。识别#1气缸上止点,计算角速度和角加速度的统计参数。本文提出利用曲轴位置传感器信号计算曲轴角加速度进而评价发动机燃烧品质的方法,使利用该信号进行发动机的燃烧控制成为可能。
【Abstract】 Zero-crossings of crank position sensor(CPS) signal are searched.The missing tooth position timing wheel is identified and zero-crossings at missing tooth position are re-filled.The angular velocity and acceleration of engine crank are generated based on zero-crossings,after compared with those derived from flywheel data,the difference is very small.How to identify the top dead center of#1 cylinder is researched and statistical parameters related to crank angular velocity and acceleration are calculated.This paper proposes a potential method to use CPS signal to calculate crank angular acceleration and measure the engine combustion quality,which makes it become possible to use CPS signal to control combustion quality.
