车辆气动肌型悬架系统的仿真原型工具的研究

【摘要】 本文提出了将"面向对象的分析方法、三维几何模型和仿真机制"统一起来的有向图仿真建模机制,并对其原理进行了分析,详细讨论了虚拟仿真建模中涉及到的面向对象建模、图形化建模、运动建模和层次化建模等技术。并以应用了Mckibben气动肌的悬架系统的设计为例,讨论了与其有关的设计仿真软件、关键技术和实施方法。

【Abstract】 The corresponding modeling formalism is presented,and its principles are analyzed,which uses jointly the approaches of object-oriented analysis,3d geometry,and simulation techniques.The model is represented by a 3D directed graph with the physical equiments constituting the nodes and the flow of workpieces forming the directed arcs among nodes.Four types of modeling,behavior and finite-state machine,hierarchical structure,and 3D graphics.An integrated virtual simulation platform InteVSS has been implemented to rapidly modeling the manufacturing system.As a example,a set of "Muscular-Like Air Suspension Systems" is established successfully,and simulation softwares,key technics and implementry method are also discussed by analyzed in this paper.
