预加氯量对砂滤池运行效能及其微生物的影响

【摘要】 研究了饮用水预氯化工艺对NH3-N、NO2-N的去除以及对滤池功能微生物量、生物活性(OUR)、滤后水三氯甲烷生成量的影响。试验结果表明,当预加氯投加量为0.2 mg/L时,NH3-N去除率最高为87.8%,NO2--N含量均在0.002 mg/L以下,水质稳定,不会间歇性出现滤后水二者含量高于待滤水的现象。该条件下滤池微生物量最大,硝化细菌、亚硝化细菌OUR最大,分别达到8 611和2 545 ug/g,此时滤池生物量呈现深度增加而生物量不断减少的层状分布现象,生物活性则是中层最强,上层次之,下层最弱。此外,预加氯量升高,滤后水三氯甲烷随之增加,当投加量为0.2 mg/L时三氯甲烷含量仅为0.016 mg/L。

【Abstract】 The research studied the effect of pre-chlorination process for drinking water on removal efficiency of effluent ammonia and nitrite nitrogen,biomass and biological activity of functional microorganism,and formation of trichloromethane for filtered water in sand filter.Results showed that removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached as high as 87.8%,the content of nitrite nitrogen was always lower than 0.002 mg/L,and water quality was so stable that effluent not higher than influent continuously when chlorine dosage was 0.2 mg/L.In addition,biomass achieved maximum and biological activity of nitrite and nitrifying bacteria were 8 611 and 2 545μg/g at the peak respectively.Also,biomass reduced gradually accompanied by depth and the middle level was strongest,then the upper,and the weakest was the lower around the biological activity.Besides,the production of chloroform after filtered increased while the pre-chlorination dosage raised,when the pre-chlorination dosage was 0.2 mg/L,the production of chloroform for filtered water was only 0.016 mg/L.
