大鳞鲃的生长特性、性腺发育及血清性激素水平测定
Growth Characteristics, Gonad Development and Sexual Hormone in Luciobarbus capito

【摘要】 对养殖条件下大鳞鲃生长特点和性腺发育进行了测量与观察,并采用放射免疫法测定了养殖1~5龄大鳞鲃血清中睾酮(Testosterone,T)、雌二醇(17β-estradiol,E2)的含量。结果显示:随着年龄的增长,大鳞鲃体重和体长显著增加(P<0.05),体长与体重的幂指数关系式为:W=0.012L2.99(R2=0.99)。大鳞鲃精巢属于小叶型结构,精子的形成经历了精原细胞、初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精子细胞、成熟精子五个阶段,雄鱼成熟系数(GSI)5龄时(精巢Ⅴ期)达到峰值,精巢成熟。卵巢发育属于部分同步发育型,产卵类型为一次分批产卵型,卵母细胞发育可分5个时相,雌鱼成熟系数(GSI)为0.51%~8.9%,5龄时成熟系数最高。雄性个体血清E2含量整体低于雌鱼,并在5龄时,血清T含量达到最高值;在雌性个体中,1~4龄血清E2含量不断升高,在4龄时达到最高值,血清T含量各龄组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究为深入了解大鳞鲃的血清E2、T激素调控机制及生长繁殖规律提供了基础资料。
【Abstract】 Body weight,body length,gonad development and serum sex steroid levels were monitored in Luciobarbus capito from 1-5 years old under artificial conditions in order to understand the growth characteristics,relationships between gonad development and sex steroids level at different age. Body length and body weight increased significantly with age.The body length-weight relationship was W = 0.012L2.99(R2 = 0.99). Serum sex steroid levels were changed with age.In male, the levels of serum testosterone(T) reached the highest value 1.12±0.81ng/ml at age 5. In female, levels of E2 were rising from age 1 to age 4 and reached the highest level(713.00±424.89pg/ml) at age 4. The spermary had typical lobular structures, the sperms developed through five stages, including androgone, first spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, spermatoblast and mature sperms.Male‘s gonado somatic index(GSI) reached the peak value at the stage Ⅴ.Female spawn once a year and its oocyte development is asynchronous.
