铁素体-珠光体钢宏观与细观疲劳力学行为研究
Studies of Fatigue Mechanical Behavior of a Ferrite-Pealite Steel at Macro-and Meso-Scales

【摘要】 应用显微压痕试验研究了低周疲劳过程中正火45#钢表面金相结构(铁素体与珠光体)的显微硬度变化特征及其疲劳硬化、软化行为,并在统计意义上与材料宏观疲劳力学行为进行了比较。结果表明,宏观材料的循环力学响应与细观尺度上材料的循环硬化、软化行为两者在统计意义上一致,而后者在空间分布与时间序列上均表现出显著的不均匀性和非同时性特征。
【Abstract】 The changes of the microhardness as well as the fatigue hardening and softening behavior of the metallographical structures(ferrite and pearlite) of the normalized 45 steel during low cycle fatigue were investigated using micro-indentation tests,which was also compared with the macroscopic fatigue mechanical behavior of the material.The results showed that the fatigue mechanical behavior of the material at macro-scale was in agreement with that at meso-scale in a statistical sense,while the latter appeared remarkable inhomogeneity and unsimultaneity in both the space distribution and time sequence during the course of fatigue.
