阳离子Poly(St/BA)纳米抗菌乳液

【摘要】 在双八烷基二甲基氯化铵(D821)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和二溴代-二(二甲基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺)己二铵(G6)存在下,采用半连续聚合法合成了一种稳定的具有抗菌性能的苯丙聚合物Poly(St/BA)纳米乳液,系统研究了乳化剂和Poly(St/BA)乳液的抗菌活性,结果表明CTAB,D821,CTAB/D821,poly(St/BA)共聚物乳液及胶膜都具有很好的抗菌性能,G6能改善乳液对S aureus和E coli抗菌性能同等条件下。
【Abstract】 In the presence of binary dimethyldioctylammouniun chloride(D821) /cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) composite surfactants and dibromo-bis(dimethyl propyl methylacrylamide) ammonium adipate(G6),cationic functional polymer latexes based on styrene(St) and butyl acrylate(BA) were prepared using semi-continuous emulsion polymerization technology.And then,the effects of emulsifiers and poly(St/BA) cationic emulsion on the antibacterial activity are systematically investigated.The results showed that CTAB,D821,CTAB/D821,poly(St/BA) copolymer emulsion and film are of good antibacterial performance.G6 can improve the antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus(gram-positive) and Escherichia coli(gram-negative).
