细胞分裂素6-BA对棉花种子活力及生理生化特性影响初探

【摘要】 通过开展细胞分裂素6-BA对棉花种子活力生理生化指标的影响规律研究,探索利用激素进行人工诱导棉种活力的技术原理与方法。通过4种不同浓度细胞分裂素6-BA对4个棉花品种的陈种样品浸种处理8 h后,分析不同浓度的6-BA对棉花种子发芽率、电导率、幼苗丙二醛含量、SOD、POD活力、叶绿素含量等种子活力生理生化指标的变化,结合方差分析,总结细胞分裂素6-BA对棉种生理指标的影响规律。各棉花品种的种子在经过不同浓度细胞分裂素6-BA 8 h浸种处理后,出芽率较对照大幅度提高;电导率都较对照明显降低;幼苗丙二醛含量呈现先降后升的变化规律;SOD、POD活力整体呈现先升后降的变化趋势;叶绿素的含量基本上都较对照高。随着6-BA浓度不断加大,其含量呈现先上升后下降。6-BA可以诱导棉种活力生理生化指标变化,合理浓度的6-BA能够提高陈种子的活力,缓解老化给种子带来的伤害。这个现象的机理可能是由于6-BA保护了细胞膜的透性,从而降低老化给细胞膜造成的破坏。

【Abstract】 Through developing the study of physiological-biochemical effect of cotton seeds caused by cytokinin 6-BA,the technical principle and method of cotton seeds activity artificially inducted are explored and used.The main cotton’s physiological-biochemical indexes are tested,including of germination rate,conductivity,malondialdehyde content,SOD,POD etc.,at 8 hours after the seeds of 4 cotton varieties are respectively soaked in different concentrations of 6-BA solution,and based on the results the law of 6-BA to cotton’s physiological-biochemical effects are summarized.After 8 hours processing in different concentrations of 6-BA solution,the germination rates of proceeded cotton seeds significantly improved compared with the control;the conductivity are significantly decreased compared with the control;malondialdehyde content showed significant change in the trend of decreasing first and then rising;the activities of SOD,POD show significant change in the trend of rising first and then decreasing.6-BA can effectively induct the activity of cotton seed and the reasonable concentration of 6-BA solution can improve the activity of aged cotton seeds,that is to say,6-BA may remit the damage effect of maturing to cotton seed.
