【Abstract】 To accelerate the information management systems for construction industry,the concept,standard and main software of its core technology building information modeling are introduced in the paper.The difference between BIM and CAD,the application of BIM in facility specialty and practical project and its effect in building lifecycle management are also shown.The significance and benefit of BIM are illuminated.In the end,the development and research tendency of BIM are presented.更多还原
