GIS结构对超高频电磁波传播特性影响研究

【摘要】 局部放电电磁波信号在GIS中传播时受GIS结构影响而产生衰减变化,增加了通过UHF检测方法实现对局部放电源信号有效评估的难度。为分析GIS不同结构部件对电磁波信号传播特性的影响,本文利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)对GIS内绝缘子、电流互感器和断路器分别进行了建模,研究了电磁波传输幅值的变化特性。结果表明,UHF电磁波在绝缘子处存在反射现象,在GIS罐体内穿透绝缘子及穿透法兰泄漏到GIS外侧时发生衰减;经过电流互感器时发生衰减,衰减程度随腔体半径的增加而降低;经过断路器时受分合闸状态影响,断路器分闸时UHF电磁波衰减程度高于合闸状态。
【Abstract】 Ultra-high frequency(UHF) electromagnetic waves excited by partial discharge(PD) in GIS can hardly be applied effectively to evaluate the PD source signal level as the electromagnetic waves are affected by the GIS structure.In this paper,the models of the insulator,the current transformer and the circuit breaker are investigated by simulation of finite difference time domain(FDTD).The effects of GIS Structure on the ultra-high frequency electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics had been researched.The results show that the presence of ultra-high frequency electromagnetic waves reflected at the insulator phenomenon,attenuation occurs when the body can penetrate insulators and leak outside in GIS transmission,the degree of attenuation decreases with the cavity radius increases when penetrating the current transformer,more much attenuation penetrating the circuit breaker when opening state than closing state.
