KOH/γ-Al2O3催化合成聚（碳酸三甘醇）酯二醇

【摘要】 采用碳酸二乙酯（DEC）和三甘醇（TEG）为原料,KOH/γAl2O3为催化剂,通过酯交换缩聚反应合成了低成本优质的聚（碳酸三甘醇）酯二醇（PTEGCDL）。考察了反应条件对该过程的影响,得到了最优合成工艺条件:当KOH/γ-Al2O3的用量为三甘醇（TEG）的0.5%,常压下150℃160℃反应3 h,然后180℃减压反应5h,得到目的产物PTEGCDL;对合成产物的结构进行了表征,并提出了反应机理。

【Abstract】 Cheap and premium-priced poly（triethylene） carbonate diols（PTEGCDL） was synthes-ized from triethlene glycol（TEG） and diethyl carbonate（DEC） through transesterification polyco-ndensation with KOH/γ-Al2O3 as the catalyst,and the reaction mechanism was investigated.The structure of product was characterized by means of FTIR,1H-NMR,GPC,Hydroxyl value,etc.The results indicated that the optimal reaction conditions of PTEGCDL synthesis were under atmospheric pressure 150℃160℃ reaction of 3hr,180℃ depressor response 5hr,and catalyst level 0.5%by mass of TEG
