【摘要】 对用于聚氨酯夹层板结构的高硬度聚氨酯弹性体配方进行了研究,分别考察了预聚物法、半预聚物法和一步法三种合成方法的影响,聚醚、聚酯多元醇作为软段的影响,硬段含量的影响,以及催化剂的影响。其中通过一步法、使用聚醚和粗MDI体系的聚氨酯具有成本低、工艺好、效率高的优点,适合应用于聚氨酯夹层板结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 High hardness polyurethane elastomer used for composite steelpolyurethane-steel is studied.The effects of synthetic method,soft segment,,the content of hard segment and the catalyst on the properties of the polyurethane elastomer are discussed.The result disclosed that the polyurethane reacted from polyether and PAPI by one- step method shows good mechanical and process properties with low cost.It is suitable for the composite steel-polyurethane-steel plate.更多还原
