【摘要】 目的研究急性脑梗死患者血栓弹力图(TEG)的变化。方法采用TEG血栓弹力图仪对120例患者急性期和恢复期进行了检测。结果急性脑梗死患者急性期存在明显的血液高凝状态,治疗后恢复期TEG各指标均有明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 TEG可用于急性脑梗死患者血液凝固性异常的诊断,指导与监测药物治疗和评估患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of blood thrombelastograph(TEG)in the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The blood TEG of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were examined in acute period and convalescence.Results The results showed that the hypercoagulability was obvious among the acute cerebral infarction patients at acute period,and the changes on TEG in convalescence were statistically significant(P<0.01 or<0.05).Conclusions ’TEG is helpful for the diagnosis of the disturbance of blood coagulation and can be used to predict and confirm the efficacy of certain drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
