玻璃窑炉电除尘系统提效改造试验研究

【摘要】 长利玻璃厂酸性烟气导致粉尘比电阻较低而引起的二次扬尘问题,采用石灰浆液并以喷雾半干燥法烟气脱硫装置的形式进行烟气调质。该种烟气调质在机理上与以往调质机理相同,主要区别在调质目的上不同。本试验主要为提高粉尘比电阻,减少低比电阻粉尘引起的二次扬尘对电除尘器性能的影响,改善电除尘器的收尘特性。通过对玻璃炉烟气和粉尘的改性调质试验,得到以下试验结果:①脱硫后的产物随烟气一起进入电除尘器,改变了粉尘成分,有效提高粉尘的比电阻,除尘效率并没有因为粉尘负荷的增加而降低。②经现场测试,该玻璃窑炉酸性烟气经过石灰浆液烟气调质技术后,颗粒物的排放浓度从原来800mg/m~3降低到50mg/m~3左右,除尘效率有了大幅度的提升。③降低烟气中SO_x的排放量。④有利于改善电场的供电参数。

【Abstract】 The Changli glassworks acidic gas lead to low-specific resistance and caused reentrainment,adopted lime slurry in the form of spray half drying FGD devices to condition the flue gas.This flue gas conditioning is the same with the previous in mechanism,main differences is its purpose.This experiment mainly to increase the dust specific resistance,reduce the impact of the reentrainment caused by low resistivity,to improve the characteristics of electrostatic precipitator.Via the experiment of flue gas conditioning on glass furnace gas and dust,get the following results:①the products of flue gas desulfurization get into the electrostatic precipitator,changed the dust composition,effectively increase the dust resistance,and dust removal efficiency improved,not because of increased dust load and reduce.②Through field test,the glass furnace acid gas after lime slurry flue gas conditioning,particulate matter concentration from the original 800mg/m~3 reduced to 500mg/m~3,dust removal efficiency has been greatly improved.③ Reducing emissions of SOx in flue gas.④ It is conducive to the improvement of electric power parameters.
