【摘要】 目的探讨老年患者行玻璃体切割术的和硅油填充术健康教育。方法对58例老年患者行玻璃体切割术硅油填充术健康教育进行分析总结。结果 58例老年患者经过护理人员对他们进行术前,术中、术后健康教育,出院的回访,患者无出现严重的并发症视力有不同程度提高。结论术前充分准备、术中的配合,尤其术后体位的健康教育,出院的回访是对玻璃体切割和硅油填充术尤为重要.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health education of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade. Methods 58 patients undergone vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade and received health education were analyzed and summarized. Results 58 patients were received health education by nurses before, during and after the operation and the visit after leaving hospital, the vision of patients improved to some extend and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion It should be important that patients undergone vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade received the health education including full preoperative pre-operation, cooperation during the operation, especially the position post-operation, and visit after leaving hospital.更多还原
