熔铸混合炸药烤燃特征及热反应计算分析

【摘要】 由于熔铸炸药烤燃过程中存在炸药熔化现象,其热反应过程相对更加复杂,因此,需要深入了解熔铸炸药的热反应特征和规律,为熔铸炸药装药及弹药的热安全性提供理论依据。本文对DNAN和HMX组成的熔铸混合炸药,进行了多点测温烤燃实验,通过分段控制加热速率的方法,观测到了由于DNAN熔化和HMX晶形转变,导致的熔铸炸药内部温度的非线性变化。针对熔铸混合炸药,建立了考虑DNAN熔化,HMX固相相变和多步热分解反应的热反应计算模型,通过数值模拟计算,分析了熔铸混合炸药热反应规律。计算分析了熔铸混合炸药在柱形装药和药形罩装药下的烤燃特征。

【Abstract】 The casting explosives have more complex thermal reaction in cook-off because of the explosive melting. It is important to understand the thermal reaction characters of casting explosive for analyzing the safety of ammunition with casting charge. In this paper, the multi-point temperature measuring cook-off tests were carried out with the casting mixer explosive consisted of DNNA and HMX. By controlling the heating rate in multi-stage, the non-linear changes of temperature in explosive caused by DNNA melting and HMX phase transition were observed. A casting mixed explosive thermal reaction model, which consider the melting, solid phase transition and multi-step decomposition reactions, was established. The influence of phase transition of DNAN and HMX on the explosive thermal reaction was performed in number simulation calculation. The cook-off characters of cylinder charge and metal jetting charge with casting mixed explosive were analyzed.
