热分析法研究AlH3与推进剂组分的相容性

【摘要】 采用高压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)研究了Al H3与推进剂常用粘合剂、增塑剂、固化剂和高能填料的相互作用及相容性。结果表明,Al H3与粘合剂NC、GAP、PBT、PET和PEG相互作用不明显,具有较好的相容性。Al H3与增塑剂NG、NG/BTTN、Bu-NENA、A3和TEGDN之间能够发生较强相互作用,Al H3与这几种增塑剂之间的相容性等级为敏感或者危险。Al H3与固化剂N-100、TDI和IPDI以及高能填料Al、HMX、ADN和AP均能够相容。
【Abstract】 The compatibility of AlH3 with binders, plasticizers, curing agents, and solid fillers was investigated by hish-pressure DSC. The results showed that there was not obvious interaction between AlH3 and NC, GAP, PBT, PET and PEG. AlH3 was compatible with those binders.There was an intense reaction between AlH3 and NG、NG/BTTN、Bu-NENA、A3 and TEGDN. That was to say AlH3 was incompatible with those plasticizers. AlH3 was also compatible with curing agents and solid fillers.
