端面燃烧推进剂中增塑剂迁移的影响因素研究

【摘要】 为了考察端面燃烧药柱中增塑剂的迁移,采用静态燃速测试技术和气相色谱技术对端面燃烧药柱进行试验。考察了固化温度、固化后放置时间和绝热层厚度对增塑剂KZ的迁移速度(或迁移量)的影响。结果表明:装药固化温度升高,KZ的迁移速度加快,燃烧锥角增大,燃速边界效应增强;装药固化后放置时间延长,KZ的迁移趋于平衡,燃速边界效应减弱燃烧锥角变小;绝热层厚度增加,KZ的迁移量增大,燃速边界效应增强,燃烧锥角增大。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the influencing factors of migration of plasticizer in end-burning propellant, the experiment of end-burning propellant grain was conducted by static burning rate and gas chromatography. The effect of temperature of curing, standing time after curing and the thickness of insulation layer on the rate of migration of plasticizer KZ were discussed. The results indicate that with the increasing of curing temperature, The rate of migration was accelerated, the coning was enlarged and the coning effect of burning rate was strengthened. The equilibrium of migration of KZ can be reached,the coning effect of burning rate was weakened and the coning was decreased as the standing time after curing increased. Furthermore, the migration amount of KZ was increased, the coning effect of burning rate was strengthened and the coning was enlarged while the thickness of insulation layer increased.
