【摘要】 中共十八大报告提出坚持走中国特色新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化道路。文化产业要对中国新型城镇化做出贡献,必须突出新型城镇化背景下的文化产业的重要性、现实性;新型城镇化对文化产业发展的促进作用;新型城镇化背景下文化产业存在的问题以及解决的对策。发挥文化引领和提升作用,推动产业和城镇双转型;壮大文化产业主体,培育新型企业家群体;鼓励社会各界参与,推动产业要素的流通和各种财富的涌流,从产业园区走向文化城区。在全国诸多城镇在这些重要领域做了大量的探索的前提下,河北省张家口市也做了许多尝试和实验,这体现了张家口人民在市委、市政府的正确领导和决策下的文化自觉和创造活力,也体现了张家口各县区以文化产业为载体,为新型城镇化的发展提供的宝贵经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Eighteen big report adhere to the road of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization of China characteristics.If we want the cultural industry to contribute to the Chinese new urbanization,we must highlight the significance and actuality of the new urbanization under the background of culture industry,the promoting function of the new urbanization on the cultural industry;the existing problems and countermeasures under the background of new urbanization.Elaborating the function of culture leading and promoting,promoting industrial and urban dual transformation;developing the culture industry body,cultivating new entrepreneurs;encouraging community participation,and promoting industrial elements of the circulation and wealth of inrush current,to develop from the industrial park to cultural city.Under the premise of many towns in these important areas do much research,Zhangjiakou city of Hebei province also made many attempts and experiments,which reflects people’s cultural consciousness and creative vitality under the correct leadership and decision-making of Zhangjiakou municipal Party committee and City Hall,also reflects the Zhangjiakou area counties and the cultural industry as the carrier to provide for the development of new towns the precious experience.更多还原
