【摘要】 目的:研究DNA依赖蛋白激酶(DNA-PK)在人喉鳞癌(LSCC)、癌前病变、息肉以及正常黏膜中的表达的表达,并探讨其与LSCC临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法(Envision)检测64例LSCC,21例喉癌前病变,15例喉息肉和15例正常喉黏膜组织中DNA-PK的表达水平,并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果:DNA-PK在正常喉黏膜及喉息肉组织中呈低表达,在癌前病变及LSCC组织中呈高表达(P<0.05),阳性表达率分别为26.67%(4/15),33.34%(5/15),76.19%(16/21),78.13%(50/64),其表达与LSCC的组织分化程度相关(P<0.05),与临床分期及淋巴结转移无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:DNA-PK表达与LSCC的病变发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of DNA-dependent protein kinase(DNA-PK)in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC),precancerous lesion,polyps,and normal mucosa,and to analysize the relationship between the expression and the clinicopathologic parameters in of LSCC.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique(Envision)was used to detect the expression of DNA-PK in 64 cases of LSCC,21 cases of laryngeal precancerous lesion,15 cases of polyp of larynx and 15 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa.and to investigate the relationship between the expression and clinico-pathological features of LSCC.Results:DNA-PKcs was lowly expressed in normal laryngeal moucosa and poyp of larynx and highly expressed in laryngeal precancerous lesion and LSCC(P <0.05),the positive rate of DNA-PKcs expression was 26.67%(4/15),33.34%(5/15),76.19%(16/21),78.13%(50/64)respectively.Its expression was correlated with the the level of histodifferentiation,but not with TNM stages and neck lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:DNA-PK may be involved in disease development of LSCC.更多还原
