【Abstract】 Immunoassay has brought light to the detection of small molecules with its high speed and sensitivity.However,the key to realize the multiresidue immunoassay is to produce the broad-specific antibody and new analytical forms.In this article,methods to obtain the broad-specific antibody were concluded,mainly from three aspects,hapten,antigen and antibody production.Then,the application of analytical forms based on one or more antibodies was introduced.更多还原
