食品中小分子有害物多组分广谱免疫分析研究进展
Recent Developments of the Multi-analyte Immunoassay towards Low Molecular Weight Food Contaminants

【摘要】 免疫检测以其快速灵敏的特点给小分子物质的检测带来福音。目前实现多组分免疫检测主要从抗体和检测形式两方面考虑。本文从半抗原设计、人工抗原合成及抗体制备技术等角度阐述了广谱特异性抗体的获得,并总结了基于一种或多种抗体的检测形式在多组分免疫检测中的应用。
【Abstract】 Immunoassay has brought light to the detection of small molecules with its high speed and sensitivity.However,the key to realize the multiresidue immunoassay is to produce the broad-specific antibody and new analytical forms.In this article,methods to obtain the broad-specific antibody were concluded,mainly from three aspects,hapten,antigen and antibody production.Then,the application of analytical forms based on one or more antibodies was introduced.
