【摘要】 设计阶段是建设工程成本控制的关键环节,同时结构成本在建筑工程成本中占有绝对的地位,为此多数开发商在设计之初就提出结构限额设计指标。为了合理研究结构限额设计指标,以一个典型住宅户型为基本模型,选取了设计过程中影响结构分析的七个最主要因素,利用正交试验分析方法深入分析各因素对结构设计中钢筋含量的影响,在满足结构安全前提下合理控制工程造价,为建筑工程结构限额指标合理性研究提供一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Design phase is a key link in the process of construction cost control.The structure cost in the construction cost,which is an absolute position.So it is putted at the beginning by developers.In order to study the reasonable structure design under cost limit design,using typical residential model as the basic model,we select the seven main factors influencing the structure analysis of the design process,and use the method of orthogonal experiment analysis in-depth analysis of the factors of structural design of reinforced content,and use the influence of structure safety for reasonable control of construction cost,which provide certain reference value.更多还原
