【摘要】 在面对中国城市迅速扩张带来的文化苍白感的同时,国内学界对工业遗产的改造与利用行为越来越趋于理性。工业遗产除了一般文物具有的历史、艺术和科学价值以外,还具有经济与社会情感价值。目前,我国狭义的工业遗产已经有八十多处,面积与规模都蔚为可观。天津作为中国北方近现代轻工业中心和漕运中心曾经汇聚了众多的棉纺企业,20世纪上半叶共有六家棉纺企业沿海河而建。通过对原棉纺三厂工业遗产暨"棉三文化创意园"的改造和天津棉纺企业发展变迁史的研究,对天津城市创意产业综合体的规划与设计进行了介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing the culture paling brought by rapid urban expansion in China,the domestic academics becomes more and more rational,when rebuilding and making use of the industrial heritage.Except historic,artistic and scientific value,industrial heritage also have economic and social affective value.Until recently,technically speaking there are more than 80 industrial heritages in China,and both the area and scale are immense.As modern light industrial center and water transport center,Tianjin has brought together many cotton spinning enterprises.In the first half of twentieth Century,six cotton spinning enterprises were built along the Haihe River.This thesis makes an indepth analysis on the rebuilding of original Cotton Spinning Third Factory- " Miansan Cultrue Creative Park" and developing & changing history of cotton spinning enterprises in Tianjin,and introduces the programming and designing of creative industrial syntheses in Tianjin.更多还原
