无创机械通气在心衰病人中的应用
Application of mechanical ventilation in patients with heart failure

【摘要】 目的:评价分析无创机械通气在临床心力衰竭患者治疗中应用的价值。方法:选取2012年10月到2013年10月来我院就诊的60例心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对对照组患者主要采用常规治疗方法治疗,对观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用无创机械通气治疗,并观察两组患者治疗效果及对患者的影响。结果:观察组和对照组患者治疗后呼吸频率、心率、平均动脉压、氧分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度改善情况明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),同时观察组患者呼吸频率、心率、平均动脉压、氧分压以及血氧饱和度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗的总有效率为56.67%明显低于观察组90.0%,两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:临床心力衰竭患者治疗中实施无创机械通气治疗,不仅能够有效缓解患者临床症状、改善心功能,同时对提高临床治疗的效果也具有重要的作用,值得临床推广使用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate and analyze the value of the application of non- invasive mechanical ventilation in patients with heart failure in the clinic.Methods:Sixty patients with heart failure elected from 2012.10 to 2013.10 in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were mainly used the conventional therapy method,and the observation group were mainly utilized the mechanical ventilation.The treatment effects and the impacts on the patients with heart failure were observed.Results:The observation group and the control group of patients after treatment of respiratory frequency,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,oxygen partial pressure,partial pressure of carbon dioxide,oxygen saturation significantly were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),while respiratory rate,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation of the patients in observation group were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),while the total effective rate of treatment patients in the control group was 56.67%as significantly lower than the observation group 90%,two groups in P < 0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:Using the treatment of mechanical ventilation in patients with heart failure not only can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve heart function,but also has an important role in improving the effect of clinical treatment,and it’s worth of using in the clinic.
