【摘要】 目的:探讨左乙拉西坦递增疗法对儿童额叶癫痫临床症状及认知功能的影响。方法:选择74例额叶癫痫患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各37例。观察组采取左乙拉西坦递增疗法,对照组采取丙戊酸钠递增疗法,两组疗程均为6个月。观察两组患儿临床疗效、认知功能及不良反应。结果:①临床疗效:观察组有效率明显高于对照组(86.49%vs 64.86%)(P<0.05);②认知功能:观察组木块图、编码、语言智商、操作智商、总智商评分明显高于对照组(11.66±3.47 vs 9.54±2.32,10.27±2.08 vs 9.25±1.39,105.19±2.87 vs 94.58±3.25,107.26±5.66 vs101.84±5.9,105.16±3.47 vs 98.75±3.26)(P<0.05);③不良反应:观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(13.51%vs 29.73%)(P<0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦递增疗法有助于改善儿童额叶癫痫临床症状,提高认知功能,是一种安全有效的药物治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To study effect of levetiracetam increasing therapy on clinical symptoms and cognitive function in children with temporal lobe epilepsy.Methods;74 cases children with temporal lobe epilepsy were divided into observation group and control group,the observation group given levetiracetam Increasing therapy,the control group given valproate increasing therapy,clinical efficacy,cognitive function,and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Result:①Clinical curative effect;the observation group efficiently was significantly higher than the control group(86.49%vs 64.86%)(P <0.05);②Cognitive function;observation group block diagram,coding,language intelligence quotient,operation intelligence quotient(IQ),total IQ score were significantly higher than the control group(11.66 ±3.47 vs 9.54 ±2.32,10.27 ±2.08 vs 9.25 ±1.39,105.19 ±2.87 vs 94.58 ±3.25,107.26 ±5.66 vs 101.84 ±5.9,105.16±3.47 vs 98.75 ±3.26)(P<0.05);(3) Adverse reaction;observation group adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(13.51%vs 29.73%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levetiracetam Increasing therapy helps to improve clinical symptoms in children with temporal lobe epilepsy,improve cognitive function,it’s a kind of safe and effective medicine treatment plan.更多还原
