【摘要】 目的:系统评价清咳平喘颗粒联合静脉注射痰热清注射液对哮喘发作期热哮型患儿的综合临床疗效,为热性哮喘的中医药治疗提供科学依据。方法:选择己确诊哮喘且属热哮的患儿随机分为三组,每组50人,痰热清组在常规治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液,清咳平喘组加口服清咳平喘颗粒,联合组采用清咳平喘颗粒联合静脉注射痰热清治疗,观察三组患儿治疗前后的哮喘控制情况、中医证候、肺功能(主要包括FEV1、PEF)的变化情况。经统计学处理,分析三组患儿治疗前后病情改善情况。结果:痰热清与清咳平喘组均能有效控制哮喘,可以改善热哮的部分临床症状、体征,且有效的改善患儿的肺功能;但两药联合能够起到协同控制哮喘、改善患儿中医证候、肺功能的作用,比两对照组效果更佳,具有明显的临床效果。结论:清咳平喘颗粒联合痰热清注射液治疗儿童支气管哮喘(热哮型)的疗效良好,与常规治疗比较,在哮喘控制情况、中医证候、肺功能等方面具有更好的临床疗效,也有良好的安全性,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objects:To systemic explore the clinical effect and safety of clear particles cough and asthma combined in vein phlegm heat injection to treated children heat- educed asthma.And supplied scientific basis of the traditional medical therapy to children heat- educed asthma.Methods:150 cases of children heat- educed asthma were divided into 3 groups at random.Every group included 50 cases.The phlegm heat injection group were accepted basic treatment and phlegm heat injection.The clear particles cough and asthma group were accepted clear particles cough and asthma on basic treatment.The combined group accepted clear particles cough and asthma combined in vein phlegm heat injection on basic treatment.Observed the clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,lung faction,safety of the 3 groups.Results:The emergency of asthma was controlled in the phlegm heat injection group and the clear particles cough and asthma group.Compared with the two contrast group,the extinction time of cough,pant,lung wheezing sound and length of stay hospital were shorten in combined group.The lung faction was improved after treatment.The improvement was very remarkable in combined group.The contrast is obvious.Conclusion:The treatment of clear particles cough and asthma combined vein injection of phlegm heat injection on children heat- educed asthma is effective and safe.Compared with basis therapy,it was more effect in asthma control,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and lung faction with combined group.更多还原
