【摘要】 目的:探讨通过自我管理教育对血液透析患者施行护理干预,提高患者的健康相关生活质量（health-related quality of life,HRQOL）。方法:维持性血液透析的患者共40例。随机分为实验组和对照组,各20例。对照组给予常规健康教育,实验组在接受常规健康教育的基础上加上自我管理行为教育。干预时间为6个月。采用罗世香等^[1]设计的简明健康调查问卷（SF-36）分别于干预前、干预后6个月评估2组患者HRQOL。结果:干预前HRQOL无统计学差异;干预后6个月,无论是干预组患者和对照组患者相比,还是干预组在干预6个月前后自身比较,接受自我管理教育后血液透析患者的HRQOL得到了改善（P<0.05）。结论:通过对维持性血液透析患者施加自我管理教育的护理干预,患者的HRQOL明显提高。从管理者角度、患者角度、医护人员的角度、家庭和社会角度采取措施,加强患者的自我管理行为,是提高维持性血液透析病人生活质量的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention by self management education on hemodialysis patients,improve the health- related quality of life(HRQOL).Methods:maintenance hemodialysis patients with a total of 40 cases.Were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 20 cases.The control group was given conventional health education,the experimental group of self management behavior based on the routine health education on education.The intervention time was 6 months.The concise health questionnaire designed by Luo Shixiang(SF- 36) respectively before intervention,6 months after the evaluation of 2 groups of patients with HRQOL.Results:HRQOL had no significant difference between before intervention;6 months after the intervention,both the intervention group and the control group compared with patients in intervention group,and 6 months after its acceptance,self management education in hemodialysis patients was improved(P < 0.05) HRQOL.Conclusion:the nursing intervention on self management education on hemodialysis patients,patients with HRQOL increased significantly.From the management perspective,the patients point of view,the medical staff,family and social point of view to take measures to strengthen the patients self management behavior,is an important measure to improve the life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients.更多还原
