中西医结合疗法治疗脑外伤后精神抑郁的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的:观察分析加味逐瘀汤结合西药丙咪嗪片联合治疗脑外伤后精神抑郁症(DATBI)的临床效果。方法:选择2010年7月~2014年7月间在我科诊治的DATBI患者134例作为观察对象,根据其在治疗中用药方案的不同分为联合组(70例)和西药组(64例)两组,西药组患者口服丙咪嗪片进行治疗,而联合组患者则在服用丙咪嗪片治疗基础上联合服用我科改良的逐瘀汤,比较观察组间DATBI患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,分析中西医联合治疗脑外伤后精神抑郁症的临床疗效及用药安全性。结果:与西药组相比,联合组患者的治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05),且两组患者的不良反应率间不存在明显差别(P>0.05),提示中药加味逐瘀汤并没有使患者发生其他不良反应及副作用叠加情况。结论:在中医逐瘀汤的基础上进行改良,将珍珠母、红花、当归、柴胡等活血行气的中药成分组成中药方剂,根据患者的病情进行加减治疗,结合西药丙咪嗪治疗效果良好,并具有较高的用药安全性,值得在脑外伤致抑郁症的临床治疗中加以推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the improvement of Zhuyu Decoction Combined with western medicine for treatment of traumatic brain injury combined with imipramine tablets after depression(DATBI) clinical effect.Methods 2010 July-2014 year in July in our hospital 134 cases of DATBI patients as the observation object,according to the treatment regimen in different divided into combined group(70 cases) and Western medicine group(64 cases) of two groups of patients with western medicine,treatment group oral imipramine tablets,and the joint group patients taking the imipramine Tablets Treatment on the basis of combined use of Zhuyu Decoction of the modified,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment effect of DATBI patients were compared in groups,the clinical efficacy and drug safety analysis by combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of depression after cerebral trauma spirit.Results compared with the western medicine group,patients in the combination group the total efficiency of treatment were significantly higher(P < 0.05),no significant difference exists and two groups of patients with adverse reactions rate(P > 0.05),suggesting that the traditional Chinese medicine decoction for removing blood stasis and not make patients combined with other adverse reactions and side effects.The basic conclusion Zhuyu Decoction by in Chinese medicine on improved,the mother of pearl,safflower,angelica,Radix Bupleuri and other blood circulation of Qi of traditional Chinese medicine composition prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,modified treatment according to the patients condition,the effect of Western medicine combined with imipramine treatment is good,and has high drug safety,the promotion and the application to clinical treatment it is worth in the brain injury in depression.更多还原
