后腹腔镜与输尿管镜治疗输尿管上段结石疗效对比

【摘要】 目的:探讨后腹腔镜与输尿管镜治疗输尿管上段结石疗效比较。方法:回顾分析2010年1月至2014年12月本院收治的输尿管上段结石223例,其中95例行后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术(retroperitoneallaparoscopic ureterolithotomy,RLU),128例行经尿道输尿管镜碎石术(transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy,URL)。结果:RLU组手术时间及住院时间较URL组长,RLU组术后尿漏发生率增加;但RLU组手术成功率及结石清除率优于URL组。结论:RLU与URL在治疗输尿管上段结石上都具有满意的疗效,两者各有利弊,应根据具体情况,选择最佳的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods The clinical data of the 223 patients who had upper ureteral calculi from Jan.2010 to Dec.2014 were retrospectively analyzed,95 of them received retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy(RLU),128 underwent transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy(URL).Results The length of operation time and hospital stay in the RLU group was longer than that in the URL group.The incidence of urinary leakage in the RLU group was higher than that in the URL group.Compared with URL,RLU had higher rate of operation success and removing calculi.Conclusions Two methods of RLU and URL have good effects on upper ureteral calculi,RLU and URL have their virtues and faults.We should choose the best method according to the specific situation.更多还原
