【摘要】 目的:评估左旋氨氯地平与氨氯地平治疗轻中度高血压的疗效及不良反应。方法:轻中度原发性高血压患者213例,随机双盲的分为三组,A组患者应用低剂量左旋氨氯地平(2.5mg/d,n=71),B组患者应用高剂量左旋氨氯地平(5.0mg/d,n=71),C组患者应用氨氯地平(5.0mg/d,n=71),治疗周期为8周,观察评估三组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果:与高剂量B组比较,A、C组患者的收缩压和舒张压下降值均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物不良反应事件发生的情况比较显示,三组患者均未发生恶性不良反应.结论:左旋氨氯地平的降血压效果优于氨氯地平,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore and evaluate the sinistral amlodipine and amlodipine curative effect and adverse reaction for the treatment of patients with mild- to- moderate hypertension.Methods:213 cases of patients with mild- to- moderate essential hypertension,divided into three groups,randomized,double- blind,low dose group A patients sinistral amlodipine(2.5 mg/d,n = 71),the application of high dose group B patients sinistral amlodipine(5 mg/d(n = 71),with amlodipine group C patients(5 mg/d(n = 71),8 weeks of treatment cycles,observe assessment of three groups of patients with blood pressure changes and adverse reaction conditions and treatment effects.Results:Compared with high dose group B,group A and C in patients with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure drop values are lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Drug adverse events happened,according to the comparison of three groups of patients had no malignant adverse reaction.Conclusion:1 amlodipine and amlodipine therapy in patients with mild- to- moderate hypertension has a better antihypertensive effects,the blood pressure of sinistral amlodipine is better than amlodipine,has a wide prospect of application in clinic.更多还原
