房室传导阻滞患者高位右室间隔部起搏VAT与DDD模式对左心功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨房室传导阻滞患者高位右室间隔部起搏VAT与DDD模式对左心功能的影响。方法:随机选取2012年9月~2014年9月我院收治的房室传导阻滞患者30例,于HRVS时给予VAT工艺DDD模式,用以调控VS、Ve、Va与IVRT,评价左室舒张功能。结果:在HRVS时,DDD与VAT模式下的左室舒张功能均有明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义,左室射血分数与短轴缩短率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在房室传导阻滞时,患者HRVS起搏时,DDD模式可使左室舒张功能下降,但DDD与VAT模式均不明显左室舒张功能,提示心房生理性起搏的重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the patients with atrioventricular block high right ventricular interval pacemaker VAT and DDD modes influence on left heart function.Methods:randomly selected from September 2012 to September 2014 our hospital patients with atrioventricular block,30 cases in HRVS DDD mode to give VAT craft,to control VS,Ve,Va and IVRT,evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function.Results:when the HRVS,DDD and VAT mode of left ventricular diastolic function were significantly different(P < 0.05),statistically significant,left ventricular ejection fraction and short axial shortening rate has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions:in patients with atrioventricular block,HRVS pacemaker,DDD mode can make the left ventricular diastolic function to drop,but DDD and VAT are not obvious left ventricular diastolic function,and suggests the significance of atrial physiologic pacing.更多还原
